Bio

James made his Encore debut in the fall of 2008 playing the role of Pete in Walk with a Vampire. Since then he has added flavor to numerous Encore productions with his effortless confidence and charm. James is also an accomplished harmonica player who picked up the blues harp in his teens. Past roles include a comedian reckoning with an abusive childhood in The Gentleman in 2012; a cantankerous stepparent in Going to Temple in 2021; and a man with an unhealthy obsession with the color red in A Good Cause in 2023.
