Based on a true story, Walk with a Vampire explores the sometimes-harrowing experiences of Sarah, a person with a high functioning developmental disability. In the height of drama, Sarah implicates her best friend, Alex, in a bloody crime. A dark comedy focusing on serious issues of mental illness, sexual assault and the varying support needs of people with disabilities.
